We are seeking an Assistant Strength and Conditioning/Physical Literacy Coach with a passion for developing young athletes. The coach will work with the head Physical Literacy coach to design and implement age-appropriate performance programs for soccer players ages 8–18, focusing on speed, strength, agility, injury prevention, and overall athletic development.

The offsides rule isn’t there to ruin the game, it’s there to keep it beautiful! Offsides focuses on where a player is standing when their teammate kicked the ball, not where they catch the ball.

This year, FIERCE United deepened its roots in the community by joining the Leander Chamber of Commerce. The club plans to use this membership to engage with members of the community, build ties with organizations in the area, and find new ways to serve the Leander community.

Soccer parents, IFAB has dropped some fresh 25/26 rule changes. They’re designed to keep the game moving, reduce on-field squabbles, and make sure the referee’s blood pressure stays somewhere below “tea kettle.”

In a full-circle moment for FIERCE United, the club has added alumni Brooke Frierson to the coaching staff. Coach Brooke joined FIERCE United in its infancy, playing with the club's pioneering 2003 age group that laid the foundation for the club today.

Coach Chase will lead FIERCE's new Jr. Academy Program and serve as the Lead Coach for G15 Grey. The club is delighted to have him join the staff and uphold the mission to prioritize player development and create life-ready leaders!

For the 25-26 ODP season, Coach Kamille will serve as the 14G Lead Coach and Coach Nicki will serve as the Goalkeeper Director.

Referees aren’t villains plotting to ruin Saturday - they’re guardians of the Laws of the Game. Every whistle blast is a reminder: “Safety first, fairness always.”

Coach Chloe Rodriguez will work with the Academy teams to spur on player development. FIERCE's staff now includes 9 women out of 13 members!

Coach Nicki now makes the fourth staff member at FIERCE to obtain a B-License, joining Coach Nick, Coach Kamille, and Coach Andy.

In addition to leading 12G Navy, Coach Kallie will now lead FIERCE's Grey program and serve as Head Coach for 13G Grey and 14G Grey.

With her D License in hand, FIERCE's staff is now comprised of 3 B-Licensed coaches, 1 B License Candidate, and 3 D-Licensed Coaches.
