Q&A With Mallory
What was your favorite FIERCE memory?
Winning state cup my senior year of high school with the first group of high school girls in the FIERCE program.
What has been your favorite college soccer memory?
I have so many memories it’s hard to just pick one. I think travel trips are the best. My favorite trips were when we went to Auckland, New Zealand and Santa Cruz, California.
How has playing soccer shaped you off-the-field?
It has taught me so many lessons and attributes to life. It’s taught me how to be a leader anywhere I go, what a work ethic is and how hard to push myself, and it’s taught me how to be a friend and be a team player with others.
What message would you share with current FIERCE players?
Having a strong work ethic and mindset can get you anywhere in life, not just success on the field. Some days are going to be harder than other days, but never give up and take the easy way out when working towards the things you want to achieve. Always remember to enjoy the game and make the most of it!
