Technical Staff
We are aggressively hiring full-time and part-time coaches to develop players at every level, ranging from Academy to Semi-Pro. We have a variety of roles offering competitive pay, a flexible work environment, and support along the USSF national licensing pathway.
Junior Coaches
We offer hourly and volunteer positions to collegiate and high school players who are eager to start a coaching career. Work alongside our friendly and professional staff to develop future leaders in a high-energy environment that is both fun and rewarding.
Advisory Board
We are modestly expanding our advisory and executive boards to incoporate thought leaders with a collegiate coaching background, executive experience, or a career in childhood development. Please reach out if you'd like to help us disrupt the status quo in youth sports.
Referees
We are always on the lookout for quality certified officials who can staff matches across a variety of age- and skill-levels. Please also reach out if you are interested in upcoming certification courses, which will unlock these paid referee opportunities at FIERCE (and across South Texas).
