PROGRAM OVERVIEW

FIERCE Futures train twice weekly with professional staff. Sessions are held in our 20,000-square-foot, weather-proof, indoor futsal facility (never rained out) with a comfortable lobby for parents. Small-sided futsal matches on Friday evenings build skill and a love for the game in a European and South American style. Additional mentorship is provided by elite National-Level and WPSL players who have been learning the FIERCE Way for years.

Jr. Coach Application

Are you a servant leader who is passionate about developing the next generation of players? Would you like to begin your coaching pathway in an unrivaled environment with competitive pay? If so -- and you meet the following requirements -- we'd love to hear from you!

Required qualifications:

  • High School student (or exception from FIERCE Girls Director)

  • Three (3) or more years of Select playing soccer

  • Experience coaching youth players (camps, clinics, leagues, etc.) or other relevant experience supervising children in this age group

 

Candidates must have the following on record prior to September 11:

  • Online USSF 4v4 coaching certification

  • Online SafeSport for Kids certification

  • Completed W-9 form and PayPal account
